TRB develops various ranges of environmentally-friendly products in its laboratory. As well, scientific partnerships are made in the form of research contracts with external organizations (Universities, Laboratories, Engineering Schools…).

TRB relies on significant production capacities for its manufacturing activities in the Boulogne sur Mer area ; such as: manufacturing of monolithics (40,000 T) and refractory shapes (3,000 T).

To meet its customers’ performance requirements, TRB applies a highly rigorous raw material supplier selection system as well as regular checks throughout the manufacturing process. This has enabled the company to stand among the first to be certified ISO 9000 V2000.

Moreover, TRB’s proven logistics organization enables it to supply and sell products in over 30 countries on all 5 continents.

Our Engineering Department works out the calculations, schemes and plans that allow us to provide our customers with concerted upgrades of their equipment and facilities.

Furthermore, and thanks to our experience in simulation techniques, TRB develops refractory behavioral models for the sensitive applications of its customers.

- supervision of product installation by our technicians
- customer assistance for equipment monitoring
- overall refractory maintenance through multi-year contracts.
